Ici, le regard se diffracte en une immensité cristalline d’altuglas et de miroir, qui fait sculpture, réfraction et image.La fractalisation plastique passe par une mise en abîme, où le plan devient une machine anamorphique et une perspective inversée.
Les strates se combinent et bougent, mettant le regard dans une variation et un déplacement continu.Entre tableau et sculpture, la surface est devenue l’interface d’un monde hétérogène, chaotique et ordonné

By fractalizing the surface in his work, Jean-Claude Meynard creates the impression of double vision close up and at a distance.
Here, the viewer’s perception is diffracted in a crystalline immensity of altuglas and mirror, creating sculpture, refraction and image. Plastic fractalization is precipitated into the abyss where the plan becomes an anamorphic machine and an inverted perspective.
The strata combine and move with each other, such that viewing is set within variation and continuous displacement.
Between a painting and a sculpture, the surface has become the interface for a heterogeneous, chaotic and ordered world.
